Update firmware August 2020 3rd app connection issue

My versa 2 has some connection issue after the latest update on August 2020. Some apps that’s require internet do not link and they don’t show data. Any suggestion?

I’m also having issues my heart rate Graph while I am sleeping does not show up anymore

Hello,

On my Fitbit Versa 3, the activity monitoring and reporting for Heart Rate has stopped.

I have followed all the resolution steps advised by theandroidguy (last updated: August 5, 2020) but the Heart Rate continues to not show and remains missing.

Is a permanent fix due in an up and coming software update?

Is there an effective interim fix to apply a provisionary patch or workaround for this issue?

I think we should be refunded, we had to pay for this service and it doesn’t work and apparently Fitbit is doing nothing about it

The last Fitbit firmware update (late August 2020) sounds like it fixed the issue.

Mine still doesn’t work right

My fitbit versa also does not track sleep anymore and is having problems tracking steps and activity. Started after the last update. I've tried a hard reset several times but nothing has worked.

Why doesn’t fitbit fix any of these issues I guess I will not be renewing my premium payment again
