My Versa has become unstable, rebooting several times during the day. I tried to do the latest firmware upgrade, but I believe it partially failed. There are some changes to my watch, but the version is still showing 32.68.9.15. The app gives me the notification that I should upgrade the firmware. I connect the watch to Wifi, but the update fails. I then do the update over bluetooth and after 30 seconds the app tells me the update is done. However, the watch is still on the same firmware level and the notification in the app still says I should apply the firmware update. I changed the clock face back to a Fitbit version before I started this process. Is my only option to do a factory reset?

Do a Restart 3 times.
Added shut down the phone for a minute as well
Then see if the update will take

Thank you for the response. I tried the reboot process twice and it did not work. The update process starts on Wifi but fails within 15 seconds. When I do it over Bluetooth, it is done in 30 seconds. I get a message the device is up to date, but when I go back in the app, I still have the 'update your tracker' message.
