Hi! I just recently started up my versa fitbit again, for the first time in 6 months, and it won't update!! I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting on the Fitbit website. But to no avail. Does this mean I have to buy a new one?

Forgot to mention the firmware is stuck on 32.33.1.30.
