This morning i woke up and my Versa was not working. In the app it cues me to update. It took me nearly three hours to update bc I couldn’t get my Versa to work properly. Now about 4 hours later it shut off and I can’t turn it back on. Any help?? Is this a glitch??
Hi @ShaferKt4120 Have you tried restarting it multiple times? If not give that a try (even if you are not getting any feedback from it)

Best AnswerYes, I've tried to restart multiple times. Charging it. Hooking it up to my computer. And nothing seems to be working.
