I downloaded the newest version of the Fitbit and now my notifications are not working like they use to. For example, when some text messages me I don't receive a vibrate on my watc . I've tried changing things in the setting/notifications, restarted my watch and even uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app. Anyone else having issues or know what I can do to fix it? I have a Samsung 8+.

I am having the same issue. I’ve turned off my versa, restarted it, turned text notifications on and off and back on. I get a notification for a call but no text notification. I’m using an iPhone 10. This is a recent issue.

I am having issues with mine too after the update. My heart rate monitor doesn't work anymore and it's not syncing my steps correctly when i'm in a challenge. Does anyone have a solution for this? When I contact Fitbit yesterday, they've told me that they will send an email that will help me buy a new one at 25% off. My Versa is just over 1 year, i'm so mad right now.

So...I figured out what helps but not sure if you all will be happy. I factory reset my watch (didn't want to but also didn't want to buy a new watch) and I deleted the watch from my Fitbit app and then uninstalled the Fitbit app. Basically reinstalled everything like I just got the watch . It about 24 hours to start working correctly but it worked . 🤷:female_sign:
