Useless update!

My Fitbit has been useless since the recent update!  When turned on it suggests downloading the Fitbit app (which I have but deleted and loaded again).....then the clock needed to be updated, but it wouldn’t let me, once again asking me to download the app!  NOTHING is synching and it’s just been useless.  Don’t give me tips on how to try to synch, etc. I’ve done it ALL with no success over 2 weeks.  This was an awful update warranting the device useless.  I want a refund or replacement!

Hi @msemedo - We are mainly other Fitbit users here so cannot offer you a refund or replacement. You have to contact Support for that.
