I noticed that on the iPhone it doesn’t sync very well. Every time I switch on the “All-day sync.” It will say that my device is not connected to the watch which is actually connected. I just have to restart the phone & is OK but it will repeat itself later.
On the Note 9 I do not have this problem at all.

Conversely, my versa will not connect to my Samsung S9 Note at all. ;/
is it compatible? I presume so if yours works fine

Try doing this & last night I did it to my iPhone XS Max after I had posted that I had syncing issues.
1/ Remove device from Fitbit app.
2/ Delete Fitbit app from phone.
3/ Reinstall Fitbit app & log in again.
4/ Pair device to phone again & sync.
So far so good iphone is syncing & at least it doesn’t say device is NOT connected to phone even though it is when you turn on the “All Day Sync.”
