V2 Exercise Tracker Not Working

When choosing to exercise & clicked Walk (or any other activity) it's showing connecting but it's not proceeding. Unable to track actual/ongoing activity.

When it shows Connecting, that means it is trying to connect to phone's GPS.  If don't want that, before starting Walk, click gear icon to turn off GPS.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
