Versa 2- blank screen, no lights

Hi

my versa 2 screen went completely black yesterday, sensor lights off too. Wont reset. It had battery, but I put it on charge again just in case. 
Can’t get hold of customer support- chat says ‘unavailable’ and support on Twitter tells me to use chat. 
is anyone able to advise of any known fixes? Or a way I can email fitbit if the chats unavailable?
