Hopefully this is an easy fix.
It's been terribly frustrating getting the music portion of this watch to work. I finally have music downloaded, I have AirPods connected but when I press play on the song, it doesn't engage.
What is wrong? What am I doing wrong?
Oh and now, when I go back into the playlist, I can't click on any song, it doesn't do anything, can't get the play button back, not that it would play...
I love this watch, but if I can't play music, it's going right back to your store.
Thanks.

What do you mean by it doesn't engage?
Are your iPods paired to the Versa 2.
Do you have your music control set to control music stored on the tracker, not the phone?
Do you see a list of your music when you open the music app?
Have you read the FAQ

I mean that it will not play. I press the play button and nothing happens.
Yes I have my AirPods connected.
Yes it is set to the tracker, not my phone.
I see my music.
I press the song, nothing happens now, won't even go to the point you can see the arrows to
press the play button.
I'm familiar with technology, I know how things work, and this one is STUCK.

Then I don't know
, this works for me.
Before you can press play. You have to tell the music control where the music will be playing from. On the phone or on the tracker.
Before you can press play you need to first go into the music app and select a song
Are you pressing on the song title or on the music control?
Is your music source set to the left for internal music? The above is set to control music that is playing on the phone.
We do not start playing music from this screen.
Music has to be chosen from the music app.
Your asking a question about something that is not happening and I don't have any idea of what your pressing. You say to press play, if I think this play is what I think it is, then yes nothing should happen.

My phone is NOT the source of my music, I have a playlist downloaded on the watch.
YES it is set to the watch, NOT the phone.
I am following these instructions, there is zero volume. My AirPods work just fine on everything else.
Is the song playing or not? Can't hear it, so I'd guess not. Perhaps it's a sound issue, not a play issue.

That is the play button I'm pressing. I get zero sound, is it playing or not?
Doesn't matter, I can't hear it. My AirPods work perfectly with everything else.
No idea why this won't work.

Earlier you state the music does not play.
Or you saying that the music plays, but doesn't get sent to the air pods?
Have you tried any other Bluetooth speaker of any type?

Thanks for trying to help, but I give up.
It wouldn't matter to me if it did work on another speaker, I bought this to pair with my AirPods
for working out and running. It doesn't work and I'll be returning it, I'm tired of fighting with it,
it shouldn't be this hard.
Thanks again.

If it works correctly with another speaker then we can norrow in on the problem.
Currently I'm not sure if the music is playing. Or if the music is playing and simply not being sent to the iPods.
Because of the way the music level is controlled, we know that the Versa has no way to change the volume and we also know that iPods do not work with the Android OS.
I don't remember seeing a mention of music not playing. Did you search these boards?

Same for me with my galaxy buds...4 hours for the music to transfer and zero audio

Does the arrow change to || after you press play?
