Hello. I need your help urgently.

My Versa 3 watch has a problem: I plugged it into my computer (to charge it) because it had 0% battery. It then booted up like the other times, displaying the Fitbit logo. But since then it remains stuck on the boot screen with the logo, without ever starting. I let it discharge to reload it and try again, but it didn't work. I would like your help because I really need this watch for my activities.

 

PS: I will contact Fitbit tomorrow evening, because now they are no longer connected.

You have to reset your watch manually.

Mine is doing the same but tried resetting it and still the Fitbit logo keeps going on and off
