VERSA Lite Not Working Since Update

SINCE Updating last week, my fitbit doesn't register my sleep properly, heartbeat and zone minutes? Any advise please?

Click on profile photo [top left]

App Version at the top

 

What tracker version do you have?

Device photo [middle left]

Firmware Version at the top

 

Also check you didn't inadvertently disable heart rate

On the watch

Swipe left

Click settings

Check Heart rate is on
