HAS ANYONE HAD GOOD SUCCESS WITH SAMSUNG GALAXY S8 AND THE VERSA. I NEED TO GET A NEW PHONE OR SOMETHING CAUSE MY VERSA WONT STAY CONNECTED TO MY LG/G6..... OR IS THERE A NEW TRICK OUT THERE THAT MAKES IT STAY CONNECTED? SO FRUSTRATED ABOUT THIS.

Hi, your LG is not(yet) supported by Fitbit, whilst the Samsung Galaxy S8 is supported. Not being supported does not mean you cannot use it with Fitbit, but only in a limited way, e.g. not able to install apps or change clock faces. Therefore you will need a Windows Computer or an iMAC and Fitbit connect. See this article about setting up your Versa. If you want to use the full capabilities of your Versa, yeah the Samsung might be a good alternative. The choice is yours, you also can wait for your LG to be supported by Fitbit. Good luck!!

Yep, there are two of them:
1. www.fitbit/com/devices.
2. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
Good luck!

For what it's worth, I have a Samsung Galaxy J 7 Sky Pro and I don't have any connection issues with either version of the Versa.....and my device isn't listed as being supported by Fitbit.

@SunsetRunner Not supported means simply that it has not been tested by Fitbit developers and not that it has limited functionalities. Therefore even if not on the list a smartphone could be fully compatible like @DramaQueenDiva Samsung.

I agree with @Giampi71. I have an LG G6 and my Versa works beautifully with it, not a single issue. In fact I've had less compatibility issues with the LG G6 than I had with my previous Galaxy S6, and that was apparently a "compatible" device.
