VErsa LITE not counting stairs

I climb the stairs in my home at least 10 times a day, and for 1 1/2 months now it hasn’t logged them once. I’ve only had the Versa since November and can’t believe it stopped working correctly. Any insights are appreciated

Versa Lite does not count stairs.  That is one of the things that makes it "Lite". 

It does not have an altimeter, which is used to detect stairs climbed by changes in atmospheric pressure.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
