Hi there,
Yesterday my VO2 Max was at 44 and very good for women my age. My RHR was at 65. This morning when I checked my sleep rating, my RHR had dropped to 63 but suddenly my VO2 Max had dropped to a range of 35-39 when I’m doing the same workouts and my RHR is decreasing. I don’t understand why and that’s a bit annoying...
