VO2 suddenly increased??

I have seen an in crease from very good to excellent in VO2 max score even though my resting heart rate has increased. It seems a bit strange. I’ve reduced my activity levels a bit also as I was very tired. Not complaining about the score but had been on the same for ages and would like to understand why it’s changed. Thanks for reading!

Hi @Naomi63m,

From what you've said, that does sound unexpected. The only thing that comes to mind, is if you track running with the Versa, it uses that information to help determine the score. So it's possible that if your runs are more efficient, that could boost the score. Or it could be some kind of anomaly.

If you go on a run of at least ten minutes on flat ground, with Connected GPS enabled, it should re-calculate your score.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Thanks for your replyWavyDavy. It must be an anomaly. I haven’t been able
to run for a while except when I’m walking the dog and he decides he’s in
a hurry 😅
