Had to uninstall and reinstall app for iPhone, and when I did I lost all my account info, I have no badges or anything. I have backed up to cloud but nothing came back. I had to update to 3.17 version. Any way to fix this?

When people report this error the solution is almost always that they logged in with a different email address and password rather than using the original log in details where your data is stored. All user data is stored on the Fitbit servers, so updating your app does not affect that in any way.
I would suggest trying to think what other email address you might have used, and when you open your app be sure to choose “log in” and not “join Fitbit”.
