My Versa was working yesterday just charged the day before. I came home last night and noticed it stopped working, the screen was black and I even put it on the charger and it won’t turn back on. Not sure what to do 🤷:female_sign:

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

The problem with holding down the two buttons (left button and right bottom button) is that the Versa does a restart and then you have to sync it with the app to correct the time on the Versa. Another problem : To spare the battery, I shut down my Versa at night and then I have to do the restart to get it back on again. I can't get it started with just the left button as it should. And my battery is down everyday.
Before that last firmware update recently, my battery almost lasted 5 days to a week. There's definitely something wrong with the last firmware update. I hope they will fix that soon

I called and spoke to Fitbit and they said it has nothing to do with the update or anything on their side. Apparently it just means everyone’s battery happened to die at the same time. And all cause the exact same issues....And pretty much if it’s over a year old the warranty isn’t good and they won’t do anything.

That’s what I said! I mean if I did something to my watch I wouldn’t expect them to replace it but it can’t be just a battery issue when so many did exactly the same thing around the same time. I mean really? They did email me a 25% off coupon if I no us get another one but I told them I probably wouldn’t be.
