A few days ago I noticed my BPM were grey and the light on the back isn't on. I've updated it, turned the heart rate on and off, I've reset my watch multiple times. But it's still not working. My watch is tightly around my wrist. I've tried everything.

I'm having exactly the same issue with my Versa 3. I've restarted, changed all the settings, changed them back. It's still counting steps, but no other biometric data is being collected, and the lights on the back aren't flashing like they usually do.

Best AnswerI'm having this SAME EXACT ISSUE and it just started about a week ago after I updated the Fitbit. It was working perfectly fine before and now my HR is either stuck at 114 or doesn't show and my green light doesn't come on anymore. Talked to chat support, they disconnected while I waiting for their response and no one seems to have answers. I'm so frustrated but glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. Lemme know if you find a solution please!
