Has anyone else had problems with there Versa 2, the screen went dark not it’s off can’t see anything, don’t know what to do, I’ve tried live chat can’t get through, does anyone know how to get through to them (phone number ) thanks

Have you tried restarting your Versa 2 to see if that helps? Just press down and hold the button on the Versa 2 and release the button when you see the Fitbit a logo. You will feel the Versa 2 vibrate letting you know the restart is complete.
If that doesn’t help I understand you’ve tried getting through to Fitbit Customer Service using the Live Chat but was unable to get through. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve heard of multiple individuals today having difficulty as well. You can try calling Fitbit Customer Service directly if you like.
