Versa 2 5 minutes behind actual time

The time showing on my vesa is 5 minutes slower than actual time. It's also not tracking my sleep and I'm not getting notifications.

Mine is 12 hours behind! I have reset it and I I've redone the setup multiple times with the app. I can get it to catch up. It is frustrating. What good is a watch if it doesn't tell the right time or day?

Same here, mine's been off 4 or 5 minutes today and i keep syncing it and it won't correct it.

I have reset mine several times and it hasn't helped. My steps are syncing,
but nothing else. It is so frustrating that I can't figure out how to fix
it.

I just called customer service, they had me uninstall and re install the App. That fixed my problem!
