I've gone through all of the steps and setup. But when I hold the button down, screen says "Listening...". I say my question, the screen then says "thinking..." and then it errors out saying Sorry, didn't get your request.
I just bought this watch for $180! Why are functions not working properly?

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure to follow the steps listed in this help page when trying to set up Alexa on your Versa 2.
