Versa 2 - Always on Display does not work properly

Hi,

 

I have the problem that the Always on Display on my Versa 2 only shows the time. Neither the battery nor the statistics are displayed. Both were activated in the settings.
Furthermore, only the digital clock is displayed, even if you switch to the analog clock.

 

The same problem occurs with my wife's Versa.
Both were bought new yesterday and run on the latest firmware.
I have already reset one of the watches to the factory settings, unfortunately without success.

 

Is this a known problem or did I miss something in the settings?

At "First Blush" it looks like you have the routine down, but in never hurts to have the manual.

 

Check out pages 22 and 23 of the Versa 2 user manual -

I just verified the instructions, to include setting an analog face, even though I don't use "always on". It only took a minute to check it out so it wasn't a big deal.
