Versa 2 App not logging some sleep data visible on the Fitbit device itself

Using a Versa 2 (activation date 2020-06-21) with the latest firmware (35.72.1.9) paired with an iPhone 7 running iOS 13.3.1  and using the SpO2 Signature clock face.
It is showing all sleep data that can be displayed on the device which includes, for example, last nights average of 94% SpO2 with a range of 89-98% ... and the app shows continuous recording of Sleeping Heart Rate, all sleep stages, and Estimated Oxygen Variation. In other words all seems to be working Ok ... it is sensing date throughout the night.
However, the Health Metrics in the app shows no breathing rate for the last two nights and no SpO2 data for the last three nights.  HRV, RHR and Skin Temperature is all up-to-date.  This despite regular syncing.

Any ideas please.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Chris10895.

Thank you for the information provided.

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps.

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps.
