On the Versa 2. The phone app just shows low battery.
I charged the Versa 2 last night and it's shown 24% ever since. The update loaded a couple of days ago.

Do a restart to see if it clears the issue
Shut down the watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, About, at the bottom, Shutdown]

If that doesn't fix it probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
