My fitbit versa2 which I got this week and set up as suggested, had shown 1 hour slow and the date is one ahead, like now it shows 5:25 instead of 6:25 and shown Friday the 25th.

Hi @cjmcp, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it shows the wrong time and date. In order to fix this issue, restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, sync your watch and see if the time and date get corrected.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Restarting your watch [and may be phone] and syncing will resolved the time issue normally.
However if its not syncing you need to resolve that issue, here Sync setup and troubleshooting and once sorted the time will be right.
However, as the date is wrong it seems like the watch was never connected with your phone. Was it setup on your phone? And how wrong is the date?
In which case it may require
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Click on + Set up a Device Follow the installation instructions |
