Versa 2 Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

Hi,

I've had my Versa 2 for about 1 week now and I experience bluetooth connectivity issues periodically . It's not that it will never sync because it will at random times. It hasn't synced for a few hours now and I'm not sure what the problem is. 

My phone is a Google Pixel 3 XL that's been updated regularly and it has the most recent January security patch. My versa has the latest firmware and otherwise operates flawlessly. I've tried restarting my phone with no success syncing my latest data. I try pulling down to refresh but still no syncing. 

Please help.

@Ltakata, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't sync with your Pixel 3 XL.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you may could have already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the Bluetooth connection works properly.

I thought I'd follow up so that maybe the "bug" can be fixed and others who have the same issue will know.

I followed your direction and looked at the suggestions via the link you provided. I had already done nearly all of the suggestions. However I thought that I'd unpair (Pixel3XL forget) the device in the bluetooth settings then re-pair. Interesting though when I unpaired and had my phone forget the fitbit device my phone then synced! Nowhere in my recognized devices under bluetooth in settings I do NOT see my Fitbit. But now it syncs and syncs nearly constantly. 

What are you thoughts other than on my end to let things be?
