Hi, my versa 2 has been sporadically disconnecting from Bluetooth. However today it won’t pair at all to my phone.
I’ve tried all the fixes suggested. Turning it off. restarting blue tooth , forgetting the device, reinstalling the app. Moving and disconnecting all other blue tooth devices. You name it I’ve tried it. But I just get the message make sure your fit bit is switched on which of course it is. Nothing nada. It’s not even a year old had it for Xmas last year (present!).
can anyone help please ?? Thank you.
