My Versa 2 stopped working and I now have a replacement.
I was using Fitbit Premium on the old one, with the SpO2 clockface.
However, I can't seem to install it on the new one. What should I do?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @michte.
Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your replacement Versa 2. I recommend making sure your replacement watch is paired to your Fitbit account and follow the steps from this help article: How can I see my SpO2 reading?
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply.
However, when I get to step 4, which says "Tap the clock face you want to install > Select > Install.", select is not enabled and there is no install option.
Regards
Michelle

@michte I think your replacement Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured, not the current firmware. You need the current firmware in order to install a clock face. You can check this on you phone app by tapping on your profile picture > Versa 2. Your firmware version is next to the image of your Versa 2. The current firmware is v71.8.19. If you don't have the current firmware, it should show up an as update 2-3 days after you set up the replacement.
