Earlier today I noticed that the button on my Versa 2 has stopped working, it is not jammed as I can press it. It is just not responding.
I was able to see the time and scroll from the screen, but I accidentally clicked on wallet. Now the screen appears to be stuck on set up wallet, and I can't get back to the clock or to any other screen.
Only bought this Versa2 in mid January and it is well looked after. HELP

Try holding in the button for 8-10 seconds.

Hi,
My first problem was/is the button won't press.
I have followed the instructions to clean it, and still it is unresponsive.
Any ideas on my next step ?

I ended up calling fitbit and they sent me out a new pebble.
That also failed, the screen was none responsive.
Again I spoke to the fitbit team and they sent out a third pebble.
So far so good with this one.

I was having this same issue. The Fitbit was still able to capture and sync data, so I was able to see steps, sleep, etc on my phone. I’m not suggesting this is a solution, BUT it does help run the battery down. Once I ran the battery out (and waited 12 Hrs for good measure) I recharged the watch and the issue was gone. My Fitbit is now working fine.

I have this same issue with mine. Been going on for a couple weeks now. Originally I planned on purchasing a new watch, but then got the idea to contact customer support. They helped me try and resolve the issue, and are having me send back my defective watch and sending me out a replacement once they receive it. It's gonna take up to 2 weeks total to receive my replacement watch but luckily until then I have an older version that I can use. I hope this helps 😊
