Versa 2 - Can't Update My Watch

I just bought a versa 2, and I'm having trouble updating it. I have seen several of these threads, so I am already aware of the link that's usually referred to and that one isn't going to help me because that link is all about issues with the update process. My issue is there isn't even a button to try to initiate the update. My firmware version is 35.70.7.14 so I know it needs one, it won't let me change watch faces until I do. Is there anything else I'm supposed to do or should I be calling customer support instead?

For those new Fitbit devices set up recently, it might be required to wait for a couple of days in order to receive the notification to update to the most recent firmware version 35.72.1.9. You should be able to update your watch over the next days. Thank you for your patience.
