Versa 2 screen has come off

After taking off my jumper yesterday, I noticed the screen has come away from the actual watch, attached loosely by what seems to be a metal/plastic coil.

I can send a picture to give a clearer picture if needed.

I was wondering if you could help. I tried pushing it back in, but in time, it falls away again.
There seems to be no adhesion left to keep it in place.

Thanks for any help in advance,

Kind regards,

Chris Martin
