I have somehow managed to delete the clock app from my Versa 2 and now it won't let me install any clock faces. I keep getting a message on my iphone saying unable to install app, I have tried resetting the factory settings on my watch, disconnected it from the app and bluetooth and re-installed everything but nothing is working. How do I get the clock app back onto my phone app?

@Ratgirl77 When you say you deleted the clock app, are you saying that the app disappear from your list of apps? See my screenshot:
Is Clocks missing?
I would love to know how you managed to delete this. It is one of the preinstalled app that you should not be able to delete.
Try this. Tap on your profile pic > Versa 2 > Apps > All Apps > type Clocks in the Search field. Now reinstall the Clocks app. When I type it in the search field, I get the Clocks app with a check mark that it is installed.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Ratgirl77
Lets look on the Fitbit App. Here’s how:
open your Fitbit App
tap your profile picture on upper left
scroll down and tap Versa 2
scroll down and tap Clock faces
now tap All Clocks
That will take you to screens of available clock faces

The Clocks app disappeared from my list of apps too. When I search “Clocks” in the app section, it no longer shows up. Where did it go?

I have the same situation, however, we just bought my husband a Versa 2, his watch did not come with the pre-installed clock app. I bought my Versa 2 about 10 days ago, and it was already installed on mine. I cannot find the pre-installed app to download.

What happened to the “Clocks” app? My daughter can get it on hers, but I can get it or find it anywhere. I have deleted/reset/restarted/uninstalled/reinstalled everything. I also can not save any clock faces but one.

I got mine back by doing a factory reset.
