Hi,
I use the sundial clockface on my Versa 2, it has been working fine for weeks.
This morning when I took it off the charger, the clock face has reverted to the original.
If I go in to the fitbit app and access the clockface, it says an installation was interrupted, do I want to continue with the install, I can either select now or later. Whichever one I select, the sundial clockface shows as selected, and then shows as switching - but it never does complete/switch.
The app does not let me select a different clockface while the current one is 'switching'.
Things I have tried:
What else can I try?
Thanks in advance.

OK, so uninstalling/re-installing did not fix this.
But removing the Versa 2 from the app, and hen re-adding it solved the problem.
Make sure you sync before you remove the device, or you will lose data.

I can't offer a solution but this happened to me today on my new Sense. In my case though rebooting my tablet and fitbit worked. It might be worth giving that another try while you wait for better ideas.

Thanks Steve, I tried again. This time i rebooted my iphone, and my watch while the phone was off, but no dice unfortunately.
Still default clockface and still switching in the app.

This did not work for me. My issue is the same except mine will switch to the SpO2 clock face but after about 10 seconds it switches back to another. I've deleted all others and it reverts to an error message - go to fitbit mobile app and try another clock. Most frustrating as I didn't do anything different when charging, it just happened when I took it off the charger.
