Hi - I have a problem with my display as when I am looking at the time steps etc there seems to be something black on the screen in the background like writing possibly which makes it difficult for me to read my screen.. I wondered if resetting the watch may clear it ?

Hi @Linnybob! Welcome to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 screen isn't clear. Thank you for sharing the details.
I suggest you check if your phone, watch, or app has any available updates. Once you've verified this, please perform a manual sync from your app to save your latest information and restart your watch by pressing the button until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen.
If the problem persists after restarting, please change the clock face to any other, clean the charging contacts on both the clock and the charging cable, and try charging it until it reaches 100%.
Best AnswerHi @Linnybob I am reading your post different from @MaCrisGBFitbit. It sounds like you are describing ghost images from screen burn-in. A restart or factory reset might help if it is just happened recently. True burn-in comes from damaged pixels and can't be fixed.

Hi @Linnybob - for (probable) ghost images using a different clock face, as suggested, is your best option as it a physical thing but using different colours and construction can mask it to some extent, as can turning off Always On, if you have been using it, to avoid persistent display of identical information.
