Versa 2: Data not registering correctly

Data not recording properly.

-battery draining very quickly

-heart rate is either off the scale or at resting. Not in sync with my movements

-sleep score and stages not recording

-burned calories totally excessive

-active minutes not related to movements.

i have tried soft and hard restart, no luck with either. Reverts to incorrect readings.

Fitbit Versa 2 less than 8 months old. 
it says version 70.8.0 under the device section.

how can I sort this out?
