I purchased Fitbit versa2 in January suddenly my screen went blank and even after repeated restarts it worked for 2 hours and again the problem recurred again and again . My versa does show any problem with syncing or charging but screen is not responsive. I have done all the actions
but the problem was not solved. As the product is without the warranty I would like know the process how to set the issue. Here are my invoice details IN-2289 . Purchased versa2 from amazon.in.

Hi @PavanUppula, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate your time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and provided some instructions. Please don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
