From all that I've been reading, it sounds like I'm not the only one who charged her Versa 2 and ended up with a dead Fitbit. No explanation. The logo just keeps turning on and off. I have tried the reset thing at least 5 times. Nothing. Very disappointing. Never had any issues with it. Now, since yet another new series came out and a rebranding of the app, my Versa 2 has become obsolete (as it is for many of you whose posts I've read). Very disappointing.

So sorry and yes very DISAPPOINTING. If you are not under warranty, all Google will offer you is 35% off a new device. There are many customers switching to different brands because google will not own up to software issues that are bricking devices, You are not alone. Just see all the comments in the community.
