Display on my Versa 2 is showing nothing but static. It takes a while for the display to "warm up" after pressing the back button...small green dots (pixels) appear at first then the whole screen fills with static after the full brightness kicks in. It sustained no impact and was not near any water. I'm still receiving vibration notifications for text, emails, calls and "get up and move" at 50 minutes past each hour. The device is still tracking my activity and syncing with my phone. I've tried resetting the device by holding down the back button, but nothing changes. I am unable to turn off the Fitbit since I do not have a display. Thank you!
