I can get my Versa 2 to have a wifi connection but when I am on the Fitbit app and go into Media under apps to set up Deezer or any of the apps it drops my wifi connection. On a side note, I had Deezer setup and working for about a year. Only changes were updates to my Fitbit, the app and my phone - all of which were automatically updated. I've factory reset my versa 2x, Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app and Deezer. I've reached out to customer service numerous times over the past few weeks and all I've been told is my issue has been escalated. I bought this smart watch to have these features. Right now all I have his an expensive tracker. I'm terribly disappointed in Fitbit and the lack of help and support.

I appreciate the insights and comments. I'd recommend you continue this with Support Team as there is a case with them regarding these issues.
