Well my Versa Lite clock screen went dark. Now I can't see how many steps I've done, or calories burned or battery level or heart rate unless I look at the Fitbit app on my phone. Everything else works fine, I get notifications, etc., but the clock screen is dark. This happened on 11/3/2022 in the evening. I think I purchased my device in May 2020, and now it's November. Wow. That 2 year warranty expired. So I purchased a Versa 2 on 11/3/2022 after 9pm. I should receive it on 11/7/2022 (that's with overnight shipping). I just have to make do until then. So frustrating.😩

Hi there @Shanie474, it's good to have you in the Community.
I understand how you feel with this situation. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
Also you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
Or verify that the Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb Mode are off.
Hope this helps.
