I have only had my Versa 2 since the end of May and I’m delighted with it.
However, I am now having gps connection issues when I use the exercise feature. Previously it has connected to my iPhone just fine and mapped my route. But for just over a week my watch sporadically connects to the gps on my phone.
I have tried all the suggested fixes such as turning off Bluetooth, closing and reopening the Fitbit app, restarting my phone, restarting my watch, unpairing and repairing my devices, but nothing fixes it.
This problem has occurred shortly after updating the Fitbit app on my iPhone; could this have caused the issue?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
