Hello,
I've been using my Versa 2 since June and from the end of September it's not been tracking routes correctly. I've tried restarting the watch and phone separately, unpairing and pairing but there does not seem to be any joy.
It was recording routes fine until 23/09/20 when it started recorded simple straight lines with zero bearing to any routes walked.
If I track using the phone app, the route is tracked fine. It will not track if I start the tracking from the watch.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus (SM-N975F), Android 10.
If there is any assistance that I could get, it would be greatly appreciated!
