Versa 2. My watch and app does not sync when I’m on the elliptical .. says poor gps service. Even when I use the watch timer same thing. It says that when I’m walking and tracking it on my my app. Second, I can’t add my steps or miles since it has poor gps..Any suggestions? Frustrating! Thanks

This may be happing because you're not doing an exercise outdoors, therefore, the GPS connection is lost. Note: If the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app.
Verify the following requirements; then try the troubleshooting steps if necessary.
If the issue persists, see if GPS connects after each step:

Best AnswerHi. I bought a Versa 2 a few months ago and it picked up GPS info from my iPhone XR no problem until a week ago, at which point it stopped. I've tried everything that you've suggested and also checked that my firmware, Fitbit app and iOS are all the most up-to-date versions available. Previously I didn't even have to think about this but now when I open an exercise (run or walk) prior to starting, I get the "connecting" message continuously. Eventually when I start anyway it changes to "no GPS signal." Please help.
