I like using my fitbit to go on all-day bike rides. Unfortunately, the Versa 2 now seems to lose GPS, even when my phone connection is fine.
The real problem is that it stops tracking exercise (mileage) after that. It never recovers, and there nothing I can do about it except restart my exercise. This is super frustrating, because I track to try to push myself and beat my records.
Ive tried restarting it, re-syncing it, restoring to factory settings. Nothing works. Honestly, after years with fitbit, I’m ready to try a competitor.
This is a software problem seemingly without a solution. Please fix!

Hello, @wrongo. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, please verify the following requirements; then try the troubleshooting steps if necessary.
If the issue persists, see if GPS connects after each step:
Hope that helps.
