Versa 2 GPS doesnt track properly & Strava doesn't sync

I'm a brand-new Fitbit user ( only had mine a week) and I've got a couple of issues -

 

(The Fitbit app's installed on a Samsung S9, and I've got the most up to date firmware on the Versa 2.)

 

Today I walked 10.5 km using the "track> walk" option on the Versa 2, however it seemed to have either got stuck at around 7km or lost the GPS connection, and hasn't correctly tracked my steps either - my phone shows 3500 more steps, and the correct distance (it's a walk I do regularly and know the distance is 10.5km).

 

When I open the app it only shows me 3 sets of the same stats, doesn't display a map, and hasn't synced the exercise with Strava. In the website it's just some stats, still no map. How can I fix this and stop it happening again? 

 

Similarly, the 50km bike ride I did yesterday and tracked on my bike computer and Strava took several hours to show up in the Fitbit app, and with no notification I'd done anything (I only noticed when my calories burned jumped up!) - is this normal? 

 

With regard to Strava not syncing, I've tried unlinking and re-linking the apps but still nothing there.

When it comes to Strava, only GPS Runs and Bike rides will sync. Walk, even with GPS, will nit sync.

That's.... weird. Hopefully it's something that will be sorted out in the near future.
