I've used this device and phone to track daily walks perfectly well for 10 months. For last 8 weeks, it doesn't track the route properly on a map. I've tried all the updates, resets, force closing, turning off etc as suggested online, but it still isn't working properly. It tells me the correct information for everything else (exercise time, distance etc) but the map isn't showing the route at all. Pretty fed up. I've had fitbits for a good few years now and always get little glitches which usually resolve themselves after a little while, but this is ridiculous. Most amount of money I've spent on one, and not happy that for 8 weeks now it isn't doing what it is meant to.

Hi @Tigore, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the wrong GPS maps that your Versa 2 provides, I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
After this, set up your watch from scratch.
Once you've done this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device and it also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
Finally, monitor your watch during the next workouts and see if it provides accurate GPS maps.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I attempted the factory reset but I now just have a red cross with data not cleared sync and try again, but it will not now sync to the phone. I've tried several times now.
