Versa 2 will not work

My Versa 2 will not turn on. Completely black. Fully charged.

Hi @Rj2398,

 

You're right in believing that this is not how a Versa 2 should react.  Do you have the receipt from where you purchased it?  If you do, I would consider asking for an exchange (if allowed).

 

If you purchased the Versa 2 directly from Fitbit, I would consider contacting Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask for an exchange or a Battery Test.  If the Battery Test fails and you're still under warranty from Fitbit (which I believe is a year or two), they may be willing to offer you an exchange.
