My daughter was recently sent a new versa lite as her battery completely died and wouldn't charge now this one won't connect to her phone, we've tried everything, Bluetooth can't find it, my Versa has stopped syncing, again tried everything and it won't work. Can someone please help, I notice from reviews on the Play store that many, many people are having similar issues.

Yes, it's been working literally up until yesterday and since this morning nothing, won't sync at all.

Yep, I've even just unpaired my Fitbit again from Bluetooth and gone back into the Fitbit app to do it again and now it won't even find it at all!! Actually worse off now than I was before as my phone isn't even paired with it anymore 😞

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

How do we get help from fitbit? I have a versa lite that won't sync for the 3rd time this year and watch isn't even a year old. I also have a charge 2 that won't even turn on and it is charged.

Judging by the reviews on the play store there are a lot of people having exactly the same issue, hopefully Fitbit will issue a new update to fix the syncing problems, I'm glad I'm not the only one, it's annoying tho as we have 2 fitbits in this household that are useless 😞
