Good morning! 

 

I am having major issues getting my GPS to connect to my phone, which is particularly annoying as I am currently marathon training and so need my distances to be accurate. I have ensured that location services are on and always allowed but I have never been able to connect my watch to GPS via my phone. 

If someone could help me out, that would be great!

I am sorry for the delay in respond. If you are having problems connecting your watch to GPS, I recommend checking the help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
